Bear Lake weekend!

Tongan Ninja- Best.Worst.Movie.Ever.
This was just one of the things that made us laugh this weekend with our friends from Team KWGCS up at beautiful Bear Lake in Garden City, UT.

Here's some more:

The kids hugging a 1,000 yr. old tree.

Chewy, Warmdaddy, Grinch, Klausey, and The Baron at the Coppola-Cabana
(or is that Popola's cabana?)

Happy Trails!

Tatum and Eve practice their Gap Kids poses.

We had a great time up at the Birth's cabin with everyone. The highlights included a perfect day at the beach all day Saturday, some delicious Bear Lake raspberry shakes, and watching the kids play so well together.
The lowlights- the aftermath of one mammoth of a crisp bean burrito.

It's good to be here.

Hay there! The girls take a break from all the fun.

Gobble gobble! Eliza gets friendly with the animals at
This Is The Place State Heritage Park.

Eve and her daddy enjoy a ride up Silver Lake lift at Deer Valley.
(is that a purse, or a European carry-all on his shoulder?)

Now that we're back in Utah, time is flying faster than ever. We've got all kinds of family gatherings, church activities, and get togethers with friends. We've been up Millcreek Canyon a few times in the last two weeks, and it's served as a nice reminder of all the things we've been missing in Minnesota and Texas for the last 6 years. It's nice to be back. We're looking forward to heading up to the Birth's cabin at Bear Lake with the rest of Team KWGCS and the 801's (www.teamkwgcs.org) this coming weekend. We'll be sure to take our camera this time.

P.S. If anyone reading this knows someone moving to the Austin, TX area, we'll give 'em a great deal on a practically brand new house!

If you can't mail 'em, blog em.

Eliza and Eve give their friend Jacob a moment to remember.

Texas will never be the same without 'em.

Welcome to UTAH! Cousins to play with, and mountains to play on.
What could be better?

Happy 5th Birthday Eve!
Thanks to the Wightmans for letting us party in their pool.

Welcome! This is our family's new blog. We've finally decided to join the digital age. The plan is to use this blog to keep in touch with family and friends all over the world– ranging from Australia to Canada, and a lot of United States in between. Something we've been pretty awful at to this point. We hope this helps. So, to all our family in Toronto, Raleigh, N.C., Columbus, OH, Meridian, ID, Riverton, UT, Grantsville, UT, Salt Lake City, UT and all our friends in Minneapolis, MN and Austin, TX, So-Cal and so on, check back now and then for new news, photos, and the occasional video or two.

As most of you know, we've recently moved back to Salt Lake City after living in Minnesota for 5 years, and then Texas for a year and half. Long story short, I know what I'm going to do when I grow up, Jenny and I have two beautiful daughters, Eve (5) and Eliza (3) and we're expecting baby #3 in January '08. Before this post gets any longer, we'll let the photos finish giving the update.

Don't be surprised to see a new post everyday for a while. Then once a week. Then once in a while.
